At Elephant Multiversity, we have identified abilities and competencies that are necessary for a successful Innovation Leader. The development of these abilities and competencies is at the core of the Master of Innovation program. The curriculum has been determined so as to meet these competencies.

The ability to “Identify Opportunities” in a given problem statement.

The ability to “Explore the Intangible” by simplifying and eliminating details.

The ability to “Visualize and Model” for analytical purposes.

The ability to “Assess Options” by creating alternative and significantly different solutions effectively in a given problem.

The ability to add or retain “Value by Synthesis”.

The ability to establish “Contextual Solution Testing”

The ability to “Communicate Ideas and Value” in an effective and appropriate manner.
