Nine Benefits of Innovation Boot Camp

Innovation boot camp will be organized as part of this program. Innovation boot Camp is an immersive experience in innovation developed by Elephant Multiversity. It helps participants to blur the boundaries between technology, business, and human values and explore the tenants of human-centered, prototype driven, and purposeful innovation in everything that they do.

Topics include innovation methodologies, need finding, human factors, design processes, rapid prototyping, team dynamics, storytelling and project management. Participants learn how strategy, marketing, finance, legal matters, and cash flow impact opportunities in terms of execution and growth and how to position new products and solutions for success. The boot camp encourages participants to reflect on their own potential and career path.

Participants work in teams and intensive sessions to develop their business concepts.

Sessions will include a variety of workshops, films, case study discussions, guest lectures, an assortment of exercises and hands-on projects.

Boot Camp culminates with an idea competition and prizes for the winning teams.
